BIOGRAPHY

Carol is a native of Van Buren County. Her past jobs include eighteen years in banking then serving as the Executive Director of the Clinton Main Street Program from 2003-2006. Carol also spent 1997-1999 in the LeadAR program. During this time she traveled to Bolivia and fell in love with Latin America and traveling. She graduated from the UCA Honors College with a B.A. in Fine Art in 2003. The Honors College at UCA afforded her opportunities to travel and study abroad. These experiences gave her a new appreciation for her beautiful home town. Carol is honored and very excited to be the first Executive Director of the Gates Rogers Foundation.

Carol lives with her mother in Bee Branch. Carol is the owner of the Fresh Air Yoga Studio and Art Gallery in downtown Clinton where she teaches 4 yoga classes per week and also exhibits and sells art from local artists.
